Aseveryonesacksout,ahaplesssupportingcharactorwhosenameisatthebottomofthecastinglist(guesswhatwillhappentohim)hearssomethinginthelowercompartment.Despiteyourfutiledon'tgodownthere,youjerk!pleas,hedoesjustthat,andisappropriatelykilled(morelikethoroughlyobliterated)bytheshadowyfigurewithinsatiablebloodlustonitsmind.Inthevictim'scase,derelictionofdutyandsheercowardlinesswouldhavebeenthewisedecision.Thesceneisactuallywell-directed(forachange)anddevelopsmuchsuspense,astheentirefilmsurprisinglydoes. Thecrewfinallycatchesonthattheyhaveanunwantedshipcrasheronboard,andtryeverypossiblemeansattheirdisposaltoeliminateit,buttheunknowncreatureseemstocoppingananti-deathattitude.Provingtobeanevenmoreclever,worthyadversary,'IT!'alsohidesoutintheventilationshaftsoftheship(nowthatshouldringabell).Cahn'sforcefuldirectiongeneratesconsiderabletensionasthemalevolentstowawayworksitswayupfromoneleveloftheconfinedshiptothenext,eventuallyleavingtheremainingcharacterstrappedatthetop.Themovie'ssuspenseisbluntandrighttothepointIT!'hastokillthemorstarve,hencetheyhavetokillIT!ordie.Nothinglikethosenotwowaysaboutitchoices.Rentit,orcheckforitoncableifyouwishtoknowtheoutcome. 好久没进影院，对大屏幕和高清晰望眼欲穿，Marshall,Thompson,Shirley,Patterson,Kim,Spalding演得很出彩，虽然现在都在拍主旋律，都在拍正剧，各种情绪和无助感体现很到位，让我很有共情，表演很惊喜，Edward,L.,Cahn导演的能力还是很赞！！
